MP expenses list
IPSA does not publish a single 'MP expenses list' file — it publishes claims data across several files and years. This guide explains how to browse it here, searchably, by name, constituency, party or category.
Why there's no single 'list' file
IPSA publishes MP business cost data in stages — itemised claims for some categories, annual totals for others, released periodically rather than as one master spreadsheet.
This site imports those releases and combines them into a single searchable database, so 'the list' here means every MP's page, not one document.
How to browse it
Search by name if you know who you're looking for. Otherwise browse by constituency to find your own MP, by party to compare across a whole parliamentary group, or by category to see how a specific type of cost — staffing, travel, accommodation — breaks down network-wide.

Common questions
- Is there one official list of all MP expenses?
- No single file. IPSA publishes business cost data across multiple releases and financial years. This site imports those releases and presents them as one searchable database, linked back to source records.
- Can I download the full list of MP expenses?
- This site is built for searching and browsing rather than bulk download. For the original published files, IPSA's own website is the primary source — see our methodology page for exactly which files we import.
- Can I see the list for a specific constituency or party?
- Yes. Use the constituency browser or party pages to see every MP in that group, then open any profile for their itemised claims.
- How current is the list?
- Coverage depends on when IPSA published each release. Check an MP's profile for the periods shown, and see our methodology page for import notes.
